About Dani
Dani Binnington is the founder of Menopause and Cancer, the world’s only organisation dedicated to supporting people experiencing menopause as a result of cancer treatment.
At 33, Dani was diagnosed with cancer and suddenly found herself in early menopause, a life-saving moment that came with unexpected physical and emotional challenges she hadn’t been prepared for.
There was little information, limited support, and no clear pathway for what came next.
As she searched for answers, speaking to doctors, specialists and other women, Dani realised this wasn’t just her experience. It was happening to millions of others, often without guidance.
So she decided to change that.
Today, Dani leads a growing global platform supporting people through menopause after cancer, combining expert knowledge, lived experience and a strong sense of community.
She is the author of Navigating Menopause After Cancer and host of The Menopause and Cancer Podcast, ranked in the top 1% of podcasts globally, which has also grown into a real-world community through events, workshops and support programmes.
Dani regularly speaks at conferences, delivers training for healthcare professionals, and partners with organisations to improve awareness and care in menopause after cancer.
Her work is grounded in both compassion and evidence, helping people feel more informed, more confident, and less alone.
